Calculating your body mass indicator (BMI)

I got this through google:

BMI = (your weight in lbs * 703) / (your height in inches * your height in inches)

up to 18.5 : underweight
18.5 to 24.9 : normal
25-29.9 : overweight
30 and above : sorry, but this is obese

My BMI = 20.3 (it was about 22 before I started running regularly again in September) !!! I have 2-3 lbs more to lose which will bring my BMI down to 20.0. Not that I am obsessing....
