I am so into walking (maybe, some call it "hiking") these days. It is really nice to do this with a group of friends. On Saturday, we walked from Hatton Road, through the uphill portion of the morning trail, up further to the High West, and all the way back down to where we started. It was an excellent way to jumpstart the weekend and to whet our appetites for the breakfast that was waiting at home: longanisa, daing na bangus, itlog na maalat with tomatoes and onions, fried rice, and Gary's peach icebox cake.
