I met my sister Ria and cousin Cybel with two of her daughters for a weekend jaunt in Tokyo. One of the highlights was a coffee and tea break at Cafe de Ginza Miyuki-Kan. The Japanese strawberry shortcake has been a favorite of mine since the 80s when I used to frequent Tokyo to visit my family. And, Cafe de Ginza's version did not disappoint. It was light, fluffy, and not too sweet. Just the way I like it!
