I just got Aunt Emma's Cartier handbag back. It had spent some time being repaired at the Cartier bag-hospital. I do not own a Cartier handbag yet. But, I would not mind investing in one now that I know that they do repairs. (Note that a hefty price tag does not guarantee after-sales service! This, I had to find out the hard way with Ferragamo!)I could not resist taking these pictures. I think the style is definitely back!

Even Fendi does not offer repair. Now, before I buy I have to check if they offer after sales service.
