There's something about Sunday and just wanting to relax with family in Manila or friends in Hong Kong. Last Sunday, lunch was at Chachawan in Sheung Wan. It's the place to go to for Bangkok street food. One of my Thai friends had vouched for its authenticity and, since then, I've gone 4 times. That's how much I love the food. HK200 per head may be more than what you will pay if you were in Bangkok, but I believe the premium is fully warranted by that beautiful raw, industrial feel of the place. I could live there. How's that for comfort food in just the right setting?
