Theo Chocolate Factory Tour @ Seattle

I have a new favorite chocolate bar:  the 70% organic dark chocolate bar with chili made by Theo! I discovered it during a tour of the Theo chocolate factory in Seattle last month. The tour includes tasting various chocolate products. After just one bite, I realized that the bitterness of dark chocolate goes very well with chili. Apparently. And so, now, I am a fan!

Theo follows fair trade practices starting from the sourcing of its cocoa, to the production and marketing of its chocolate products. Again, I am a fan!
