Book Bindery is a fine-dining French restaurant on the southern bank of the Ship Canal in Seattle. The building itself used to house a book bindery, thus, the name. We had dinner in the greenhouse on a lovely summer evening. The service and the food were, to me, quite exceptionally enjoyable. Each dish was prepared and presented with a lot of care. This is the place to bring a foodie who is celebrating her birthday (my sister). It was casual dining at it's best! I would definitely go back again next time I am in town!
